Malliha Wilson

Malliha Wilson is an international human rights lawyer who advocates on behalf of victims of human rights violations.  Previously, she was Assistant Deputy Attorney General ( Civil) in Ontario and has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. 

As Chair of the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy, Wilson has continued the work of the Society in honouring the life and achievements of Sir Winston Churchill and advancing public education and informed debate concerning Canada’s democratic institutions. She served as counsel for the Society before the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference in Federal Electoral Processes and Democratic Institutions, presenting submissions concerning transparency, democratic accountability, electoral integrity, and the protection of Canada’s parliamentary system and has written on the foreign interference challenge in Canada.
