David is a Director of the CSAPD and currently serves as the Treasurer.  He is also the Managing Partner of Blair Franklin Capital Partners, a Toronto based M&A firm, previously he worked as a Managing Director at Scotia Capital Markets and CIBC World markets.  He holds an MBA degree from the University of Toronto and an engineering degree from The Royal Military College and served as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.  He has also served as a director of several public companies.  He is a keen reader of world history and politics and is a fan of Winston Churchill.
