Bill Northcote has practised domestic and business law for over 44 years with Shibley Righton LLP where he has served as the head of the Business Law Group since 1996.

Bill also serves as a Vice Chair and as a director of the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy.

Bill serves as pro bono counsel and the Chair of the board of directors of the Toronto Foundation for Student Success, a charity which provides nutrition programs to about 284,000 Toronto students at 963 programs every school day and operates 33 after school programs in high needs Toronto communities.

He has served as a director of many for profit corporations, both public and private, and not-for-profit corporations.
