Churchill Collection at Trinity College

John W. Graham Library
collection@churchillsociety.org

On April 4, 1995 Trinity College and the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy celebrated the Society's gift to the College of books and memorabilia for the establishment of the Churchill Collection at Trinity College.

This valuable and unique library is open for study by University staff, students, visiting scholars and Churchill Society members. The collection has been enhanced over the years with material purchased by the Society and donations from members and friends.

A generous gift-in-kind from Lucienne Watt and a magnificent gift from Anne and Fred Stinson, together with contributions from 38 other donors have enabled us to acquire items from the F. Bartlett Watt collection valued at $532,000.  With these additions, our Churchill Collection at Trinity College has become one of the finest in the world.

The Churchill Collection now offers a regular series of evenings designed to highlight various aspects of the collection (see below).  Our initial event was held April 26, 2003.
